1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Aien, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Aien is an AI-powered chat automation platform that allows users to set up and manage automated responses on Facebook Messenger and Instagram.
3. Accounts & Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only. Using Aien to send spam, engage in fraud, or violate Meta/Instagram terms of service is strictly prohibited.
5. Billing & Payments
Fees are charged monthly based on your selected plan. Charges will be presented in Egyptian Pounds. No refunds are issued after a billing cycle begins. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Aien retains all intellectual property rights to the platform and its technology. Your account content remains yours. By adding content to the platform, you grant us a limited license to use it to operate the service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or continuously available.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aien will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid in the preceding three months.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
